Refund Policy

1. Paid song submissions

Paid song submissions are refundable before review. The request must be made before the selected creator has reviewed the submission. Refund requests are handled manually; ONDECK does not currently offer an automatic refund button.

After a review, a refund is not promised merely because you disagree with the feedback. Contact support about duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, an undelivered service or other payment problems. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

2. Requesting a refund

Email mbproduction916@gmail.com with the creator’s name or page link, artist name, song title, payment date and Stripe receipt or payment reference. Never send your full card number, password or bank credentials.

Support will check payment and review status and coordinate with the creator. Eligible refunds must be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies; no specific completion deadline is promised in this draft.

3. Creator obligations

Creators must honor eligible before-review refunds and cooperate with payment concerns. Creators can issue a full refund for an eligible pending paid submission from their dashboard payment history. Payment and queue records update after Stripe confirms the refund. Artists should contact support to request a refund.

Any Stripe processing fees that are not returned by Stripe must be accounted for separately. They do not change the artist’s stated eligibility for a before-review refund.

4. Membership subscriptions

Membership charges are separate from paid song submissions. Canceling renewal through the membership portal stops future renewal according to the cancellation confirmation; it does not automatically refund a past membership payment. The discretionary membership-refund policy has not yet been finalized. Contact support about a membership charge, and all mandatory legal rights remain applicable.

5. Live and test payments

Live payments and refunds on the published ONDECK site move real money. The preview uses Stripe test mode; test charges and test refunds do not move real money. This policy remains a draft subject to legal review.
