1. ONDECK and these terms

ONDECK is operated by Emilio Lorenzo. It provides personalized music submission pages, queues and creator tools. Artists submit music to independent reviewers, DJs, producers and streamers. Contact mbproduction916@gmail.com with questions about these draft terms.

2. Accounts and creator responsibilities

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in access secure. Creators are responsible for their page content, submission prices, review descriptions and fulfillment of the service they offer. Do not impersonate others, manipulate queues, submit fraudulent payments or attempt to access another creator’s private information.

Creators accepting payments must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain their eligibility to receive payments. Payment availability may depend on Stripe verification, account restrictions and banking requirements.

3. Music submissions

Submit only music and links you own or have permission to share. You retain ownership of your music. By submitting, you authorize ONDECK and the selected creator to access and process the submission to provide the requested review. Public playback or livestream use must be covered by the creator’s stated service and your permission.

A paid priority tier gives the queue priority described on the creator’s page. Payment does not guarantee favorable feedback, promotion, playlist placement, commercial success or a particular review date unless the creator expressly offers that commitment. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content.

4. Separate payment systems

Creator membership subscriptions are billed to ONDECK through Stripe Billing. Artist submission payments are routed to the selected creator through Stripe Connect. Membership charges and artist submission revenue are separate.

The Free plan has a 10% ONDECK commission on paid submissions. Verified active Starter, Pro and Elite memberships have 0% ONDECK commission. Third-party payment processing fees are separate and may still reduce creator proceeds. Protected exempt accounts, including Platform Owner, have no ONDECK commission or membership charge.

5. Creator memberships

Starter costs $9 monthly or $90 yearly; Pro costs $19 monthly or $190 yearly; Elite costs $39 monthly or $390 yearly, in USD. Free costs $0. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless canceled. Use the membership billing portal to manage payment methods and cancel renewal. A cancellation scheduled for period end preserves eligible access through the paid period.

Paid benefits and 0% commission require a backend-verified active membership. Failed, unpaid or expired memberships may lose paid benefits and revert to Free commission rules. Historical submission commission snapshots are not changed by later membership changes. Features marked as planned are not currently delivered benefits.

6. Refunds and payment concerns

Paid song submissions are refundable before review. See the Refund Policy for the request process and separate treatment of membership charges. Contact support for unauthorized payments or fulfillment concerns. Payment disputes may also be subject to Stripe and card-network procedures.

7. Availability and enforcement

ONDECK may restrict accounts or content that violate these terms or threaten security. Service interruptions and third-party outages may affect availability. Any restrictions must preserve applicable legal rights, including rights concerning undelivered paid services. Nothing in these draft terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Items still under review

These terms remain a draft requiring legal review. Age eligibility, governing law, business address, liability provisions and formal notice procedures have not yet been finalized. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice process once that process is established.
